JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide onsite support to upgrade approximately 5,800 cellular devices. Tasks include processing orders, receiving shipments, updating inventory, labeling packages, transporting devices for tagging and activation, and delivering to customer’s Service Desk Tier 2 teams.
Requires ability to utilize existing inventory & office automation tools to track, report & archive pertinent data and status.
CONTRACT LCAT REQUIREMENTS:
Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
Performs work that requires practical experience and training.
Work is performed under supervision.
Must possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
An associate’s degree in a related field may substitute for 2 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree may substitute for 3 years of experience.

SALARY AND BENEFIT INFORMATION
The likely salary range for this position is $61,402 - $74,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
