Our intuitive platform empowers users to create professional drawings on any device—without the steep learning curve of traditional CAD software—helping businesses save time, generate quotes faster, and close deals more efficiently.
We’re a remote-first team with a strong sense of community, driven by growth, collaboration, and our core values: start with the customer, constantly improve, take risks, operate with transparency, and own it. At ArcSite, every team member has the opportunity to grow their career while making an impact, shaping the future of design, and living these values in everything we do.
About the Role:
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be a strategic leader across Product, Marketing, and Sales, helping ArcSite determine what markets to pursue, how to position our products, and how to bring them to market.
You’ll own go-to-market strategy across ArcSite’s self-serve and sales-assisted motions, from defining audiences and positioning to developing pricing and packaging strategies and leading major product launches. You’ll bring a strong understanding of market research, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and product data to help inform not only how we market what we build, but what we should build and why.
This is a high-ownership role for a strategic product marketer who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, developing frameworks for complex problems, and turning market and customer insights into clear business decisions. You’ll partner closely with Product leadership and serve as a key voice in decisions around positioning, product direction, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set positioning and messaging strategy: Establish differentiated positioning and messaging for ArcSite’s product portfolio across self-serve, sales-assisted, and enterprise audiences.
- Own go-to-market strategy: Develop and lead GTM strategy for major product launches and new market opportunities, from planning through post-launch optimization.
- Lead market and customer research: Develop research approaches to understand target audiences, market opportunities, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and willingness to pay, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Shape product strategy: Partner closely with Product to evaluate market opportunities, customer problems, and competitive dynamics, helping answer “Should we build this, for whom, and why?”
- Own pricing and packaging strategy: Develop and evolve pricing and packaging recommendations using customer research, market data, product usage, competitive intelligence, and business performance.
- Define ICP and buyer strategy: Establish and refine ideal customer profiles, segmentation, personas, and buyer journeys across ArcSite’s core contractor verticals and customer segments.
- Develop beta and launch programs: Define target audiences, feedback mechanisms, positioning, messaging, and success criteria for beta programs and major product rollouts.
- Drive competitive and sales enablement: Lead competitive intelligence and create the messaging, battlecards, pitch decks, and other resources needed to differentiate ArcSite and equip customer-facing teams.
- Measure and communicate GTM performance: Establish success metrics, analyze launch and commercial performance, and present key insights and recommendations to company leadership.
- Build scalable PMM processes: Establish repeatable frameworks for research, launches, positioning, pricing, and GTM planning as the product marketing function grows.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a track record of independently leading complex go-to-market initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks and approaches for ambiguous market, customer, and product questions.
- Demonstrated experience owning or significantly influencing pricing and packaging strategy using customer research, competitive intelligence, product data, and business performance.
- Strong experience conducting or directing market and customer research and translating findings into product, positioning, and GTM recommendations.
- Experience partnering closely with Product leadership on product strategy, prioritization, market opportunities, and customer needs.
- Experience across both self-serve/PLG and sales-assisted/SLG motions, with an understanding of how GTM strategy should differ across them.
- Track record of leading product launches from strategy through execution and measuring their impact.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills, with strong executive presence.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to use customer, market, product, and revenue data to inform decisions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in construction, home services, field service, or specialty-trade software is highly preferred.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior product marketing or research resources.
- Experience building competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, or voice-of-customer programs.
- Experience developing beta programs for new products or major product launches.
- Experience owning commercial or revenue-related goals within a product marketing function.
- Experience with vertical SaaS or taking a product into new industries or market segments.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, product analytics platforms, competitive intelligence tools, and sales enablement platforms.

Marketing Jobs in Grand Rapids: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a marketing job in Grand Rapids?
The strongest path into Grand Rapids marketing is targeting the city's dominant sectors: healthcare systems along the Medical Mile, consumer goods and food brands headquartered west of downtown, and the growing professional services cluster in the urban core. Candidates who can show digital campaign experience, content strategy, or B2B demand generation tend to stand out. Networking through local groups like the American Marketing Association's West Michigan chapter gives a real edge here.
Which companies hire marketings in Grand Rapids?
Grand Rapids marketing roles are posted by ArcSite, Steelcase, and KPS Essentials and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. The local employer mix skews toward mid-size regional companies, health systems, and consumer brands with national reach but Grand Rapids-based headquarters or major offices.
Are there remote marketing jobs in Grand Rapids?
Yes, though availability depends heavily on the specialty: content, digital advertising, and analytics roles tend to go remote or hybrid, while event, field, and retail marketing roles typically require on-site presence. About 64% of marketing openings tied to Grand Rapids are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting strong demand from employers open to flexible arrangements. Digital and brand strategy roles account for most of those flexible postings.
How can I get a marketing job in Grand Rapids with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Grand Rapids is through coordinator or marketing assistant roles at the city's healthcare organizations, consumer packaged goods companies, or regional agencies clustered downtown. Many local employers hire candidates with internship experience or a strong portfolio over formal years of experience. Grand Valley State University's proximity means employers are accustomed to hiring recent graduates, and freelance or volunteer work with West Michigan nonprofits can build a credible local portfolio quickly.
