From coordinating events and trade shows to managing company swag and producing our employee newsletter, this role offers variety and the opportunity to work with teams across the company. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, follows through, and takes pride in keeping things organized.

What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and organizational support to marketing leadership and the marketing team.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and branch-level events, including Etna Supply’s in-house events.
- Coordinate event and industry trade show logistics, including materials, vendor communication, setup, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Specialist on event promotion, signage, and supporting materials.
- Assist the sales team with planning and coordinating sales events as needed.
- Manage company swag orders and inventory, working with vendors to ensure items are available when needed.
- Organize the marketing room and maintain inventory of promotional items, supplies, and event materials.
- Write, coordinate content for, and distribute The Connection, Etna Supply’s employee newsletter.
- Maintain organized marketing folders so team members can easily locate current materials and resources.
- Support additional marketing projects and team priorities as needed.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and outside vendors.
- Experience writing newsletters and using newsletter creation or distribution tools.
- Comfort managing inventory, placing orders, and coordinating with vendors.
- A collaborative, flexible approach and willingness to help wherever the team needs support.
- Initiative and dependable follow-through from planning through completion.
- Basic graphic design skills are preferred.
