At ArcSite, every team member has the opportunity to grow their career while making an impact, shaping the future of design, and living these values in everything we do.
About the Role:
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be a strategic leader across Product, Marketing, and Sales, helping ArcSite determine what markets to pursue, how to position our products, and how to bring them to market.
You’ll own go-to-market strategy across ArcSite’s self-serve and sales-assisted motions, from defining audiences and positioning to developing pricing and packaging strategies and leading major product launches. You’ll bring a strong understanding of market research, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and product data to help inform not only how we market what we build, but what we should build and why.
This is a high-ownership role for a strategic product marketer who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, developing frameworks for complex problems, and turning market and customer insights into clear business decisions. You’ll partner closely with Product leadership and serve as a key voice in decisions around positioning, product direction, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set positioning and messaging strategy: Establish differentiated positioning and messaging for ArcSite’s product portfolio across self-serve, sales-assisted, and enterprise audiences.
- Own go-to-market strategy: Develop and lead GTM strategy for major product launches and new market opportunities, from planning through post-launch optimization.
- Lead market and customer research: Develop research approaches to understand target audiences, market opportunities, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and willingness to pay, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Shape product strategy: Partner closely with Product to evaluate market opportunities, customer problems, and competitive dynamics, helping answer “Should we build this, for whom, and why?”
- Own pricing and packaging strategy: Develop and evolve pricing and packaging recommendations using customer research, market data, product usage, competitive intelligence, and business performance.
- Define ICP and buyer strategy: Establish and refine ideal customer profiles, segmentation, personas, and buyer journeys across ArcSite’s core contractor verticals and customer segments.
- Develop beta and launch programs: Define target audiences, feedback mechanisms, positioning, messaging, and success criteria for beta programs and major product rollouts.
- Drive competitive and sales enablement: Lead competitive intelligence and create the messaging, battlecards, pitch decks, and other resources needed to differentiate ArcSite and equip customer-facing teams.
- Measure and communicate GTM performance: Establish success metrics, analyze launch and commercial performance, and present key insights and recommendations to company leadership.
- Build scalable PMM processes: Establish repeatable frameworks for research, launches, positioning, pricing, and GTM planning as the product marketing function grows.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a track record of independently leading complex go-to-market initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks and approaches for ambiguous market, customer, and product questions.
- Demonstrated experience owning or significantly influencing pricing and packaging strategy using customer research, competitive intelligence, product data, and business performance.
- Strong experience conducting or directing market and customer research and translating findings into product, positioning, and GTM recommendations.
- Experience partnering closely with Product leadership on product strategy, prioritization, market opportunities, and customer needs.
- Experience across both self-serve/PLG and sales-assisted/SLG motions, with an understanding of how GTM strategy should differ across them.
- Track record of leading product launches from strategy through execution and measuring their impact.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills, with strong executive presence.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to use customer, market, product, and revenue data to inform decisions.

Product Marketing Associate Jobs in Michigan: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a product marketing associate in Michigan?
Most product marketing associate roles in Michigan require a bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications, or a closely related field. Michigan does not issue a state license for this role. Hiring managers across the state's automotive, consumer goods, and healthcare sectors look for candidates who have completed internships or coursework in brand strategy, market research, or product management. Building a portfolio of go-to-market projects or campaign work strengthens any application.
Which companies hire product marketing associates in Michigan?
Employers hiring product marketing associates in Michigan right now include ArcSite, Whirlpool Corporation, and Rocket, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Michigan's mix of automotive technology firms, consumer packaged goods companies, and medical device manufacturers means product marketing roles appear across a wide range of industries throughout the state.
Which Michigan cities have the most product marketing associate jobs?
Grand Rapids, Benton Harbor, and Troy have the most product marketing associate openings in Michigan. Detroit leads because of its concentration of automotive and technology headquarters, while Grand Rapids attracts openings from consumer goods and healthcare companies, and Ann Arbor draws marketing roles tied to its University of Michigan-connected research and technology ecosystem.
Are there remote product marketing associate jobs in Michigan?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 75% of product marketing associate openings tied to Michigan are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the work, including writing positioning documents, building presentations, and coordinating with distributed teams, can be done from anywhere. Roles requiring close collaboration with physical product development teams tend to be on-site more often.
How can I get hired as a product marketing associate in Michigan with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a marketing coordinator or brand coordinator role at one of Michigan's large consumer or industrial companies, which often serve as a direct pipeline into product marketing. General Motors, Whirlpool, and Stryker run structured new-grad and rotational programs that include marketing functions. Candidates without direct experience gain an edge through a portfolio of case studies or campaign work, even from class projects or freelance efforts, alongside proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Analytics.
