About This Role:
As a Master Electrician with Crusoe’s Manufacturing team, you will be a key leader in ensuring the reliability and safety of our electrical systems. Your advanced expertise will be essential for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of these systems, directly impacting the efficiency and safety of our manufacturing operations. You will leverage your deep understanding of electrical codes and best practices to interpret complex blueprints, troubleshoot challenging electrical issues, and implement innovative solutions. This role offers the opportunity to mentor other electricians, contribute to a dynamic team, and work with cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced Master Electrician with a proven track record of success, a commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a full-time position.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Electrical System Oversight: Overseeing the installation of complex electrical systems in manufactured buildings, ensuring adherence to codes and specifications.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and resolving electrical problems, utilizing your deep expertise to implement effective and long-lasting solutions.
- Preventative Maintenance & Optimization: Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems to ensure their long-term reliability and optimize performance.
- Code Compliance & Inspections: Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant codes and regulations, and conducting inspections to verify adherence to standards.
- Blueprint Interpretation & Planning: Interpreting complex electrical schematics and blueprints, and developing detailed plans for electrical projects.
- Mentorship & Training: Providing guidance and mentorship to other electricians, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional development.
- Safety Leadership: Promoting a strong safety culture within the team, ensuring adherence to all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines.
- Project Management: Managing electrical projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Master Electrician License: A valid and current Master Electrician license.
- Extensive Electrical Experience: Significant experience as a Journeyman and Master Electrician, demonstrating a deep understanding of electrical systems and best practices.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in using a wide variety of electrician tools, techniques, and testing equipment.
- Code Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of relevant electrical codes and regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and train other electricians with a strong sense of self accountability.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex electrical challenges.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and working in various positions.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $45 - $49/Hr + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
