Focus on San Diego's strongest hiring sectors: health systems, biotech and life sciences companies, managed care organizations, and behavioral health networks. Roles concentrate in Kearny Mesa, Sorrento Valley, Mission Valley, and the Torrey Pines research corridor. Candidates with utilization management, population health, or clinical operations experience stand out locally, as do those who can bridge clinical leadership with the business priorities common in San Diego's large employer base.
