- AI scribe assistance which directly imports into the EMR system reducing time to document significantly
Compensation:
- Base Pay Range: $165,000 - $185,000 for 1 FTE 40 hours per week based on experience and expertise.
- Annual retention bonus paid every year: upto $10,000 based on the 1 FTE
- Additional Variable annual performance based bonus: We pay per patient bonus annually above certain number of patient seen in a year
- 401k match: 4%
- 401k Profit sharing: Only for exceptional performers we might add profit sharing too. Only applicable for 1 FTE.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adults & older adults
- Conduct exams, diagnose/manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order/interpret labs and imaging; develop care plans
- Perform in-office procedures (Pap smears, wound care)
- Prescribe medications, deliver preventive services & patient education
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation with minimal after-hours charting
- Collaborate with MD and interdisciplinary team—your input drives care
- Participate in occasional on-call support (compensated)
Required Qualifications
- Active California NP license (NP, formerly FNP) or PA license
- DEA registration & national certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)
- ≥ 1 year recent outpatient primary care NP/PA clinical experience
- Demonstrated clinical judgment, communication & teamwork skills
- Comfortable independently managing a patient panel with collaborative backup
- Bilingual preferably Hindi or Spanish speaking along with English
