Mental Health Therapist

Cincinnati Therapy Center is currently hiring 1-2 full-time therapists/counselors (LISW/LSW or LPCC/LPC). We are a small private practice located in Sharonville/Cincinnati, OH and we are looking for therapists to work in the office at least 3 days per week. Clinicians can work full-time in the office or they may choose a hybrid schedule. We can provide supervision to both LPCs and LSWs and we would love to hire clinicians who have a passion for working with children and adolescents; they may work with adults as well. We encourage clinicians to have an evidence-based specialty and theoretical framework such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT.

Requirements: comfortable working with children (ages 5+) and/or adolescents (ages 12+), preference given to those who work with ages 5+, must offer 20 client appointments per week (or more if the therapist would like), at least 3 days/15 appointments per week offered in-person, and at least 8 evening (5pm and later) or weekend appointments per week. As the therapist gets established in private practice, they can gradually reduce evening/weekend availability if desired.

LPCCs and LISWs keep 70% of their collections and LPCs and LSWs keep 60% of their collections while participating in supervision, which we provide at no extra cost.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality mental health care to clients (children, adolescents, individuals, couples, or families)
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to provide coordination of care
• Provide support for clients and families with mental health concerns
• Document clinical notes, including client history, assessment, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
• Participate in case consultation (optional if independently licensed)
• Adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience working with children, adolescents, adult, couples, or families in a mental health setting
• Experience providing mental health services in an outpatient setting (preferred)
• Completion of an approved training program in one of the following areas: (1) Clinical Social Work or Counseling

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
