The strongest hiring activity in Dallas is inside the Medical District near Parkland and UT Southwestern, at multi-specialty outpatient clinics in Uptown, and at the rapidly expanding health systems in Frisco and Plano. Candidates with acute care experience or specialty certifications, such as cardiology or oncology, move faster here. Targeting large academic medical centers and independent practice groups gives you the widest range of openings in this market.

The Dallas market includes a strong mix of large academic health systems, regional hospital networks, and growing independent urgent care and concierge practice groups.
Are there remote np jobs in Dallas?
Yes, though most np roles require in-person patient care, making full remote positions uncommon. The positions most likely to allow remote or hybrid schedules are telehealth triage roles and chronic disease management positions tied to Dallas-based health systems.
How can I get a np job in Dallas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Dallas is through new-graduate residency or fellowship programs, which are offered by several large health systems in the Medical District and North Dallas suburbs.
