- Monitor quality assurance metrics and implement improvements as needed to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri RN license with current registration.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably as a Director of Nursing or equivalent senior position.

- Experience with MDS assessments and regulatory compliance related to long-term care or healthcare facilities.
