About the Role:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in communicating with clients about serious tax matters. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor by:
- Conducting detailed discovery calls
- Reviewing financial and tax information
- Enrolling qualified clients into investigation and resolution programs
You’ll primarily work with inbound leads and scheduled appointments, supported by experienced leadership, a structured training system, and CRM tools designed to help you succeed.
This is a consultative position. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, professional, skilled at building rapport, and motivated by performance-based compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and manage your pipeline
- Follow up with web inquiries and scheduled callbacks
- Identify tax problems and properly pre-qualify prospects
- Present investigation and resolution services
- Enroll qualified clients into programs
- Utilize CRM software (IRS Logics experience preferred)
- Maintain consistent follow-up and client communication
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Key Responsibilities

- Enroll eligible clients into appropriate programs
- Utilize CRM software (IRS Logics experience preferred)

Tax resolution experience is a plus but not required. We provide training, but you must bring consistency, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
Compensation Structure
Unlimited Income Potential — Your earnings are directly tied to your performance. There is no cap on commission.
- Base Pay: $18.50 per hour (40 hours per week)
- Commission: Average monthly earnings potential of $4,000 – $6,000+
- Highly driven and skilled Settlement Officers can earn up to $120,000 per year
Additional Compensation May Include:
- Uncapped commission structure
- Daily, weekly, and monthly CASH bonuses

Experienced reps: $80,000+
