Job Overview
The Analyst, Contract Operations will play a crucial part in managing and resolving a high volume of external and internal inquiries, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring accurate contract pricing and membership details. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvements, and provide subject matter expertise to support our mission of transforming healthcare.
Responsibilities
Manage and resolve a large volume of external (Distributor, GPO, Customer) and internal (BD sales, commercial integration teams, & CCO cross-functional teams) ad-hoc inquiries in a timely manner, utilizing automation and reporting tools.
Understand and support business and membership strategies to effectively communicate new customer pricing eligibility on GPO and/or local agreement requests. Facilitate and lead external/internal calls to quickly address and resolve stakeholder requests.
Manage GPO Group Transitions, including effective collaboration with the BD Central Membership team to ensure roster alignment and effective dating.
Prepare Dealer Notifications and notify servicing distributors of all contract pricing and membership details.
Provide subject matter expertise to help drive the design and implementation of solutions that improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in the GPO Group Transition process. Be accountable for key metrics, KPIs (key performance indicators), SLAs (service level agreements), and Individual Impact Goals to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
Collaborate with business partners to drive continuous improvements around our GPO and/or Local contract execution and renewal processes.
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
1-3 years' experience in commercial contract operations and/or related areas such as pricing required
General understanding of end-to-end commercial contract operations processes preferred.
Proficient Excel skills required with the ability to manipulate large data to draw insights, utilize Data Mining tools (SAP BI, Power BI, QlikView) preferred.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong cross-functional business partner relationships required.
Analytical problem solver with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement required.
