We're looking for a highly organized, data-driven Engineering Operations Manager to strengthen execution, financial stewardship, and operational governance across Engineering, Product, and Delivery.
In this role, you'll connect leaders and partners across delivery, strategy, finance, security, procurement, and vendors. You'll translate priorities into clear plans, reporting, controls, and follow-through so teams can focus on business value while operating efficiently, securely, and at scale.

As an Engineering Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly planning; maintain OKRs, KPIs, milestones, dependencies, action logs, risk registers, and executive status reporting.
- Partner with Delivery and Product leaders to monitor initiative health, team capacity, resource allocation, workload, and cross-functional execution risks.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, actual spend, software and cloud costs, funding requests, and cost-optimization opportunities in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
- Coordinate workforce and team operations, including onboarding, offboarding, leadership meetings, business reviews, offsites, communications, and change activities.
- Oversee SaaS assets, licenses, vendors, contracts, renewals, statements of work, invoices, and performance documentation to improve compliance and spend visibility.
- Coordinate security access reviews, audit requests, disaster recovery plans and exercises, remediation tracking, technical learning programs, and operational process documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in engineering operations, program management, technical operations, business operations, or a related function.
- 3+ years of experience supporting software engineering, product, delivery, or technology teams in a matrixed organization.
- 3+ years of experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, contracts, purchase requests, or invoices.
- 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining executive reports, dashboards, OKRs, KPIs, project plans, risk registers, or portfolio governance materials.
- 2+ years of experience coordinating workforce operations, software licenses or SaaS assets, security access reviews, compliance activities, or disaster recovery planning.
- 3+ years of experience using productivity, project-management, financial, or reporting tools to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting a large enterprise software engineering organization.
- Experience applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or scaled delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS portfolios, software assets, or technology vendor renewals.
- Experience coordinating audit, security, compliance, business continuity, or disaster recovery programs.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or cloud cost-management practices.
- Experience planning technical workshops, certifications, or learning programs and tracking participation or outcomes.
- Experience preparing executive briefings and communications for cross-functional leadership audiences.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
