SUMMARY
Paints a variety of surfaces utilizing various painting techniques. Power wash surfaces, hang drywall, window glazing.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Six years of experience (journeyman level competency) in various painting techniques or completion of an accredited training program in the trade.
- Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE
- FBI fingerprint background check.
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
- Post-offer/pre-employment physical examination and lift test.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s license.
- MVReport – showing no more than the allowable points against Driver’s License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.

Location: Facilities - Broadway & Kino Parkway Area
Classification: Blue Collar
FTE: 1.0 – 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.
