- Support the upkeep of complex systems, including CNC machinery, material handling equipment, and overhead cranes.
- Perform fabrication and repair tasks using specialized tools and welding equipment to maintain facility infrastructure.
- Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate equipment assembly and repair.
- Maintain a high standard of workplace organization and safety compliance to foster a productive environment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement process improvements that drive operational excellence.

- Strong mechanical aptitude with a genuine interest in industrial systems and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and plumbing diagrams.

- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and working at heights.
