Location: 3235 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096
Responsibilities:
- Lead new warehouse setup projects, including layout review, SOP development, and KPI design
- Analyze operational processes and drive improvement initiatives
- Lead WMS enhancement activities (uploads, testing, validation)
- Develop and implement cost-reduction and productivity-improvement strategies
- Develop training programs and conduct operational training for site teams
- Analyze operational KPIs and drive improvement action plans
- Collaborate with PI, IT, and operations teams to improve overall warehouse efficiency
- Serve as PM for new customer onboarding or operational transition projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Logistics, or related field
- 5:7+ years of warehouse/logistics operations experience
- Required: WMS/ERP operational experience and improvement project involvement
- Preferred: B2B/B2C fulfillment experience
- Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel within the U.S.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
