This job ensures the effective deployment and support of managed services equipment, facilitating customer installations and ongoing maintenance. JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and validating remote managed services equipment setup
- Ensuring technical specifications and operational standards are met for new customer onboarding
- Conducting diagnostic testing and troubleshooting for optimal managed services performance
- Resolving connectivity and equipment issues for both new installations and existing setups
- Collaborating with network providers to diagnose and rectify off-network connectivity issues
- Maintaining service delivery consistency and minimizing customer downtime
- Documenting configurations, procedures, and service records for service assurance continuity
- Training and mentoring teams to support knowledge sharing and service quality enhancement
- Engaging in professional development to stay current with managed services technologies
- Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
