JOB DUTIES:
- Analyze client business processes and IT environments to identify system improvement and integration needs
- Gather and document functional requirements
- Configure and implement business applications, cloud systems, and integrations per client specifications
- Participate in deployments, upgrades, and environment transitions while maintaining performance and data integrity
- Perform and document testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing)
- Prepare process flows and configuration/implementation documentation
- Coordinate with technical teams to track issues and support post-implementation
- May need to work in other locations as required
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in any field plus at least 2 years of experience.
