ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Continuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative to improve CPL, conversion rates, and overall ROAS.
- Run A/B tests on audiences, landing pages, and ad creative to improve paid funnel performance.
- Monitor daily performance dashboards, identify trends, and make proactive adjustments.
- Collaborate with content or creative teams to develop ad copy, hooks, and visuals that improve performance.
- Support paid acquisition for webinars, workshops, digital products, and other conversion events.
