Compensation: $55-$65+ per hour equivalent ($95,000-$115,000+ annual base compensation for full-time therapists), plus bonus opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy services
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Deliver play-based, evidence-informed intervention
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete documentation and progress reporting
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
• Mentor students, volunteers, or assistants as appropriate
• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services addressing sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine motor development, visual motor integration, activities of daily living, feeding, executive functioning, and participation in everyday routines

Compensation & Incentives

Base compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, productivity expectations, and responsibilities.

Typical full-time base compensation ranges from $95,000-$115,000+ annually ($55-$65+ per hour equivalent).

Additional earning opportunities may include:

Many full-time therapists earn compensation above their base salary through available bonus programs.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Current California Occupational Therapy License
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

• Pediatric experience
• Experience working within interdisciplinary teams
• Interest in mentorship, leadership, or clinical growth

While this position is primarily for a licensed Occupational Therapist, exceptional Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) with pediatric experience are encouraged to apply.
