What You'll Do
- Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy services
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Deliver play-based, evidence-informed intervention
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- Mentor students, volunteers, or assistants as appropriate
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services addressing sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine motor development, visual motor integration, activities of daily living, feeding, executive functioning, and participation in everyday routines

Compensation & Incentives
Base compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, productivity expectations, and responsibilities.
Typical full-time base compensation ranges from $95,000-$115,000+ annually ($55-$65+ per hour equivalent).

- Current California Occupational Therapy License
