Entry Level Otolaryngologist Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level otolaryngologist job?
Start by completing your residency and obtaining board eligibility, as most entry level otolaryngologist positions require it. Highlight any subspecialty rotations, clinical externships, or research experience on your CV. Networking through professional associations and reaching out directly to hospital systems or ENT group practices can surface openings before they are widely posted. Being open to underserved or rural settings often accelerates hiring at this stage.
Which companies hire entry level otolaryngologists?
Companies hiring entry level otolaryngologists right now include Nemours, SSM Health, and NYU Langone Health, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. At this level, hiring tends to come from hospital systems, multi-specialty medical groups, academic medical centers, and large ambulatory surgery networks that have the infrastructure to onboard early-career physicians.
Are there remote entry level otolaryngologist jobs?
Yes, though most otolaryngologist roles require in-person patient care, a meaningful share include telehealth or hybrid components. About 0% of entry level otolaryngologist openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, typically covering telemedicine consultations, follow-up appointments, or administrative duties alongside on-site clinical work.
Are these new grad otolaryngologist jobs?
Yes, these listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior otolaryngologist roles. A posting is generally new-grad friendly when it explicitly welcomes zero to two years of post-residency experience, accepts board eligibility in place of board certification, or counts fellowship rotations and supervised clinical hours toward experience requirements. Searching for these signals helps identify the right openings at this career stage.
