Entry Level Nurse Anesthetist Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level nurse anesthetist job?
Entry level nurse anesthetist employers look for a completed CRNA program, a current license, and strong clinical rotation performance. At this stage, letters of recommendation from preceptors, demonstrated competency in a range of anesthesia cases during your residency, and a willingness to work across specialties give candidates a real edge over applicants who lean only on years of experience.
Which companies hire entry level nurse anesthetists?
Companies hiring entry level nurse anesthetists right now include Prisma Health, Novant Health, and Penn State Health, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and staffing groups that run structured onboarding programs tend to be the most active at this experience level.
Are there remote entry level nurse anesthetist jobs?
Yes, though most nurse anesthetist work is hands-on and on-site by nature. About 0% of entry level nurse anesthetist openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, and these positions typically involve telehealth consultation, clinical education, or anesthesia informatics rather than direct patient care.
Are these new grad nurse anesthetist jobs?
Yes, many listings here are new grad and junior roles that welcome candidates who have recently completed their CRNA program. A posting is new-grad friendly when it accepts zero to two years of post-certification experience, counts clinical internships or residency hours toward the requirement, or explicitly states it will train the right candidate.
Which industries hire the most entry level nurse anesthetists?
Entry Level nurse anesthetist roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Education, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors drive hiring at the entry level because they maintain high surgical and procedural volume and often have formal new-graduate onboarding or mentorship frameworks in place.
