My Office Apps builds Kechie, a cloud ERP solution for growing businesses in manufacturing, distribution, and related industries. We're launching a partner program and looking for someone to help own it — recruiting CPAs, consultants, and integration partners who bring us strong, long-term accounts, working our inbound pipeline, and closing new clients.
We treat every client as a partner, because that's what a real relationship is. This role is about building that network from the ground up and turning those relationships into revenue — with real, uncapped earning potential as you produce.
What matters most
You can build trust and credibility with professionals — CPAs, consultants, and vendors — and turn those relationships into real business. You understand SaaS and ERP products, you're creative and resourceful, and you know how to open doors, move deals forward, and close. If that's you, we want to talk.
What you'll do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new referral partners — CPAs, consultants, and integration partners
- Build and grow a partner network from the ground up, supporting partners so they succeed
- Develop strategic partnerships with clients, vendors, and integration partners
- Work inbound and CRM leads with fast, consistent follow-up, and move opportunities toward close
- Own deals through the sales cycle — you'll be trained on our solution and close alongside our team at first, then take deals end-to-end as you ramp
- Work with partners on co-selling and joint opportunities to win larger accounts and recurring business
- Prepare proposals, partner materials, and presentations
- Keep the pipeline current in our CRM, and track and analyze partner activity to improve results
- Represent Kechie at industry events and build your professional network to find new partners
- Wear a few hats — we move fast and value people who take ownership
Who thrives here
- An excellent communicator — clear, warm, and persuasive in writing, on the phone, and in person
- Credible with professionals — you can sit across from a CPA or business owner as a peer and earn their trust
- 2+ years in sales, channel/partnership development, or business development — ideally in SaaS, ERP, or B2B software
- A consultative seller — you listen and diagnose before you pitch, and help clients find the right fit rather than pushing a sale
- A closer at heart — you move deals forward and take ownership of results
- Knows SaaS and ERP products — how they're sold, who buys them, and the value they deliver
- Creative and strategic — you bring ideas, open doors, and spot opportunities others miss
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A strong negotiator who can guide a deal to terms that work for everyone
- Self-driven and organized — you follow through, and nothing falls through the cracks
- Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Familiar with CRM and AI tools
- Straightforward and honest — you represent our name and report your own results
- A plus: experience with manufacturing or distribution businesses, or with QuickBooks
What we offer
- $50K–60K base (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission — on-target earnings of $100K+, with real upside for strong producers
- Commission on the deals you close and the partners you bring in, with accelerators for exceeding target
- Full training on our solution and sales process
- Medical, dental, vision, and PTO
- On-site amenities: gym with showers, yoga studio, wellness room, café, game room and lounge, bocce court, putting green, and EV charging
- The chance to build a partner program from the ground up — and grow with it

Partner Executive Jobs in California: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a partner executive in California?
Becoming a partner executive in California typically starts with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, followed by progressive experience in sales, account management, or business development. California employers prioritize candidates who have built alliance or channel programs in competitive markets, particularly in technology and professional services. No state-issued license is required, but credentials such as a Certified Strategic Alliance Professional designation strengthen a candidate's profile for senior roles.
Which companies hire partner executives in California?
Employers hiring partner executives in California right now include Uber, a16z, and Intuit, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. California's dense concentration of enterprise software companies, global consulting firms, and financial services headquarters makes it one of the most consistently active states for this level of partnership hiring.
Which California cities have the most partner executive jobs?
San Francisco, Menlo Park, and Mountain View are the California cities with the most partner executive openings. San Francisco and San Jose draw volume from the region's technology and SaaS headquarters, while Los Angeles reflects demand from entertainment, media, and professional services firms whose national and international partnership functions are based there.
Are there remote partner executive jobs in California?
Yes, and more than most fields. Partner executive work is heavily relationship- and strategy-driven, making it well suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 44% of partner executive openings tied to California are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how normalized flexible work has become for this function. Strategic planning, alliance negotiation, and partner enablement activities are the duties most commonly performed fully remotely.
How can I get hired as a partner executive in California with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a business development representative or sales development role at a California technology or consulting firm, where you build the pipeline and stakeholder skills that feed directly into partnership functions. Large California employers like Salesforce, Cisco, and major consulting practices run associate and rotational programs that move high performers into alliance or channel roles within two years. Earning a Certified Strategic Alliance Professional credential early signals seriousness to hiring managers and compensates for limited direct experience.
Where can I find and apply to partner executive jobs in California?
You can find and apply to partner executive jobs in California on Migrate Mate, which lists current California openings updated regularly. Search the listings for roles that match your experience level and target industry, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
