DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Principle Partner Success Manager to lead and scale eero’s largest and most strategic internet service provider (ISP) partnerships. This role encompasses technical business development and customer success with full ownership of partner outcomes—from onboarding and deployment through long-term growth and expansion.
You will operate with a partner development mindset, owning performance across eero hardware sales and recurring software services adoption. You’ll shape partner strategy, forecast demand, and drive expansion while ensuring strong execution across the full partner lifecycle.

-
Drive Commercial and Go-To-Market Initiatives: Identify and execute growth opportunities across pricing, packaging, and go-to-market. This includes supporting marketing and sales efforts with ISP partners, shaping joint campaigns, and implementing non-standard agreements to meet partner needs.
-
Lead Onboarding, Launches, and Lifecycle Management: Own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through scaled deployment. That includes ensuring fast, high-quality launches, driving early adoption, and maintaining momentum post-launch. You’ll coordinate closely with supply chain and operations to align demand planning, inventory, and rollout timelines.
-
Act as a Trusted Advisor to Partner Leadership: Build deep relationships with partner executives and decision-makers. Influence partner roadmaps and customer experience strategies. Represent eero in high-visibility engagements including QBRs and executive reviews.
-
Steer Product Strategy: Translate partner needs into clear product requirements and strategic inputs for Product and Engineering teams. Advocate for roadmap prioritization that unlocks scaled partner value. Bring market insights back to eero to inform broader strategy.
-
Lead Complex, Cross-Functional Projects: Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Ops, Legal, Finance) to deliver against partner commitments. This includes managing large-scale deployments, negotiating tradeoffs, and removing blockers to keep programs on track.
-
Operate with Data and Rigor: Define success metrics and track performance across partner programs. Strong financial acumen is critical—you’ll model scenarios, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure programs deliver against revenue and margin goals.
-

Partner Success Manager Jobs in California: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a partner success manager in California?
Most partner success manager roles in California require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, with no state-issued license needed for the role itself. Employers in California's technology sector typically look for candidates who have worked in customer success, channel sales, or account management and can demonstrate measurable partner growth. Building experience with partner programs at a California-based SaaS or enterprise software company, even in a junior capacity, is the most direct path.
Which companies hire partner success managers in California?
Employers hiring partner success managers in California right now include TikTok, Intuit, and Klaviyo, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. California's dense concentration of enterprise software and cloud infrastructure companies means hiring is consistent year-round, particularly in the Bay Area and Los Angeles technology corridors.
Which California cities have the most partner success manager jobs?
San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Jose have the most partner success manager openings in California. San Francisco leads because of its concentration of SaaS and enterprise technology headquarters, while Los Angeles reflects growth in media technology and digital commerce, and San Diego benefits from a strong cybersecurity and biotech software sector that relies heavily on channel and alliance partner programs.
Are there remote partner success manager jobs in California?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 36% of partner success manager openings tied to California are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting the desk-based and relationship-driven nature of the work. Strategic and program-management aspects of the role transfer well to remote settings, while roles focused on in-person partner events or executive business reviews are more likely to require a hybrid schedule.
How can I get hired as a partner success manager in California with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving from a customer success associate or inside sales role at a California-based SaaS company, where exposure to partner-facing workflows is common. Large California employers in enterprise software frequently post associate partner programs or channel coordinator roles that serve as direct on-ramps. Building a Salesforce certification and completing a vendor-sponsored partner enablement course signals readiness to hiring managers and compensates for limited direct experience.
Where can I find and apply to partner success manager jobs in California?
You can find and apply to partner success manager jobs in California on Migrate Mate, which lists current California openings across the Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego, and beyond. Find the roles that fit your experience and apply directly from each listing.
