Performance Marketing Analyst Jobs in Dallas, TX

• Plan, build, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and other digital advertising channels.
• Manage and monitor paid search and paid social campaigns to ensure performance and budget efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad copy, creative, targeting, and overall campaign performance.
• Track and report on key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and CPA.

• Conduct keyword research to support both paid and organic search strategies.
• Assist with on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headers, image alt text, and internal linking.
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and BrightEdge.

• Work with analytics teams to analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights.
• Support reporting efforts by maintaining dashboards and performance tracking tools.
• Partner with web developers to ensure proper tracking, tagging, and campaign attribution.

• Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop effective digital ad content aligned with campaign goals.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns by aligning SEM tactics with broader marketing initiatives.
• Facilitate internal requests and ensure campaign deliverables are executed on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 24 years of digital marketing, SEM, or related experience.
• Experience working with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Bing Ads preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards preferred.
• Google Ads certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, SEO strategies, and paid search advertising.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
