- Review and verify medication orders for safety and accuracy.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication management support.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient outcomes and promote medication safety.
- Support pharmacy operations, compliance, and workflow excellence.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- PharmD, BS Pharmacy, or equivalent pharmacy degree.
- Active Indiana Pharmacist License in good standing.
Preferred:
- Hospital pharmacy experience.
- Behavioral health experience.
- Experience with automated dispensing cabinets.
Schedule Highlights
- Flexible per diem coverage.
- Day shifts available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
- Opportunity to participate in evening and weekend on-call coverage.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.00 to $79.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
