Flexible Practice Model
The schedule may use rotating blocks that include:
- Outpatient consultation sessions
- Concentrated procedural blocks

Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders
- Perform upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, and therapeutic procedures
- Provide outpatient and hospital-based consultations
- Manage inflammatory bowel disease and chronic gastrointestinal conditions
- Evaluate liver disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, and digestive-system cancers
- Coordinate treatment with surgeons, hospitalists, oncologists, APPs, and referring clinicians
- Support clinical quality and patient-safety initiatives
- Complete medical records and procedure documentation accurately
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Accredited Internal Medicine residency training
- Completion or anticipated completion of a Gastroenterology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
- Strong clinical, procedural, and collaborative skills
- Experienced physicians and graduating fellows encouraged to apply
- Candidates completing fellowship in 2027 or 2028 are welcome
- Advanced endoscopy training is helpful but not mandatory
