About the Opportunity
PerformanceWest Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team!
With 30 years of experience and six locations serving Davis County, PerformanceWest is an established outpatient physical therapy practice committed to providing quality care and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy.
We're looking for a therapist who brings strong clinical skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping patients improve their quality of life. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer graduate looking to develop your skills, we offer opportunities for professional growth and specialization.
We're especially interested in candidates with experience or an interest in pursuing additional training and certification in vestibular rehabilitation or pelvic floor physical therapy.
Responsibilities
· Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
· Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
· Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
· Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term management strategies.
· Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
· Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
· Current Utah physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
· Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Commitment to providing quality, patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience or interest in vestibular rehabilitation, balance disorders, or concussion management.
· Experience or interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation and pelvic health.
· Additional specialty certifications or a desire to pursue specialized training.
Specialty experience is preferred but not required. We welcome applications from licensed physical therapists interested in expanding their clinical expertise.
Compensation & Benefits
· Anticipated full-time earnings of $80,000–$100,000 through a commission-based W-2 compensation structure.
