Key Responsibilities

- Design and recommend life insurance, annuity, long-term care, disability income, and group employee benefit solutions.
- Prepare illustrations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Manage the insurance sales process from prospecting through policy placement.
- Assist advisors with advanced estate planning, business succession, executive benefits, and wealth transfer strategies.
- Develop relationships with business owners to identify employee benefit opportunities.
- Provide group benefit solutions, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and voluntary benefits.
- Maintain compliance with SEC, FINRA, when applicable, state insurance regulations, and carrier requirements.
- Meet established production and revenue goals.
- Conduct educational workshops for advisors and clients regarding insurance planning strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Active Life and Health Insurance License required.
- Five or more years of insurance production experience.
- Experience working with Registered Investment Advisors, wealth management firms, or financial advisors preferred.
