Clutch Content Partners is a boutique production studio based in Downtown Miami, with clients across the healthcare, non-profit, hospitality, and trade industries. We're trusted by South Florida's biggest brands, their agencies, and marketing teams to deliver award-winning photo and video content and a pleasant production experience. We're looking for a nimble producer who's just as comfortable running a shoot as they are cutting it together afterward. Our producers guide the project every step of the way, from pitching ideas to working through revisions until the final cut.

This role is fast-paced and you'll wear a lot of hats. But if you're the kind of person who lights up at ownership, loves being trusted to run things, and wants to be part of a team that actually notices (and rewards) great work, we think you'll love it here.

You'll have real support: a full-time team covering video, photo, post-production, production management, and creative. What you won't have is someone standing behind you telling you what to do next. If you need that, this isn't the job.

Compensation: $30 to $45 per hour, based on experience. This is a one-year contract with real potential to extend. It is not a salaried position with benefits.

Your Responsibilities

• Full scope: You'll own projects from the first client call to final approval, serving as the primary point of contact, chief problem solver, and project architect for both client and crew along the way.
• Pre-production: Planning, scheduling, and communicating with the client to nail down their vision, deliverables, shoot logistics, and any other concerns.
• On set: Interviewing for testimonials or event recaps, directing crew, wrangling the client, and making the schedule work as plans go awry.
• In the edit bay: Cutting interviews into stories, combing b-roll for selects, sequencing, polishing the audio, and creating graphics.
• Client feedback: Incorporating client notes, tracking them, and revising until the work is just right.

Who We're Looking For

• You live in South Florida. This is a fully in-person position based in our Miami studio.
• You have 3+ years producing testimonial-based or scripted campaign work at a studio, agency, or in-house team, and you can show us the work.
• You're advanced in Premiere Pro, not just "comfortable" with it.
• You own project management in software like ClickUp or Asana.
• You're the kind of person who sends the update before anyone asks for it. Your team is never left wondering what's going on.
• You can hold five or more projects in the air at once and know where each one stands.
• You're confident presenting to executives and marketing directors, and just as confident directing non-actors on camera, adjusting your approach for each.
• You care about making the work better, and you're willing to push the client, the crew, and yourself to get there.

Would Be Great (we know we're asking a lot here)

• Bilingual: fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Camera experience: comfortable shooting photo or video when the occasion calls for it.
