Write the script on Monday. Watch it get shot on Thursday.
We’re a fast-growing digital marketing and media production company with our own in-house studio in Miami Beach. That means the copy you write doesn’t sit in a client’s inbox waiting for approval. It goes straight to our directors, editors, and on-camera talent, then into market, where you’ll see exactly how it performs.
We’re looking for a direct response copywriter who knows that a beautiful sentence is worthless if it doesn’t sell. You understand why people buy, you can write a hook that stops the scroll, and you judge your work by conversions, not compliments.
What you’ll write
- Video sales letters: 5–30 minute presentations that carry a viewer from curiosity to purchase
- Infomercials: Scripts produced in our own studio with our own talent
- Landing pages and funnels: Sales pages, order pages, upsells, and downsells built to convert
- Email: Sales sequences, promotions, and follow-ups
- Ads: Headlines, social ads, and paid campaign copy, with plenty of variations to test
You’ll write across several brands and categories, including AI, fintech, business services, and consumer products [confirm list]. Every claim is substantiated and goes through compliance review before it airs. [confirm]
What success looks like [confirm]
- In your first 90 days, you ship copy across multiple formats and learn our brands, audiences, and production process
- Your ads and emails win tests against existing versions
- Over time, you write a VSL or infomercial that becomes a control
What you bring
- A portfolio of direct response copy you wrote, with results you can speak to
- Long-form experience: VSLs, advertorials, infomercials, or sales letters
- A working understanding of persuasion, storytelling, and buyer psychology
- The ability to write hooks and calls to action that move people
- Speed under deadlines without sloppy work
- Excellent written English, with sharp editing and proofreading
- Comfort using AI tools for research and ideation, along with the judgment to know where they fall short
Nice to have
- Experience in financial publishing, affiliate marketing, SaaS, or digital products
- Experience writing for video, with an eye for how a script plays on camera
How to apply
Send your resume and 2–3 samples of direct response copy you wrote, ideally VSLs, infomercials, landing pages, or emails. For each sample, add one line on how it performed: conversion rate, revenue, test results, or whether it beat a control. If results are confidential, tell us what you can.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a short, paid copywriting assignment.
Show us copy that sold.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Flexible schedule
- Paid time off

Copywriter Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a copywriter in Florida?
Florida does not require a state-issued license or certification to work as a copywriter. Most employers hire based on a bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or marketing, combined with a writing portfolio. Building a portfolio through freelance projects, internships, or university publications is the most direct path. Florida's advertising agencies and healthcare systems, particularly in Miami and Tampa, regularly post junior copywriter and content writer roles suitable for recent graduates.
How much do copywriters make in Florida?
Copywriters in Florida earn a median of about $68,080 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $41,650 for the lowest 10% to over $102,540 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire copywriters in Florida?
Employers hiring copywriters in Florida right now include Decentralized Masters, Sana, and Quantum AI, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of November 2026. Florida's concentration of hospitality brands, regional healthcare systems, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce companies means consistent in-house copywriter demand beyond traditional advertising agencies.
Which Florida cities have the most copywriter jobs?
Miami, Orlando, and Naples are the Florida cities with the most copywriter openings. Miami's advertising and luxury brand ecosystem drives strong demand there, while Tampa's growing tech and financial services sector and Orlando's hospitality and theme park industry anchor hiring in those metros.
Are there remote copywriter jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 57% of copywriter openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of November 2026, reflecting how naturally the role transfers to distributed work. Digital copywriting, SEO content, and email marketing positions are the most consistently remote, while brand copywriters embedded in large in-house teams often follow hybrid schedules.
How can I get hired as a copywriter in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is combining a writing-focused internship with a targeted portfolio of spec or freelance work. Florida's healthcare systems and regional ad agencies, including those in Tampa and Miami, hire content coordinators and junior copywriters who transition from roles like marketing assistant, editorial assistant, or social media coordinator. A strong portfolio, even if self-initiated, consistently outweighs a lack of formal work history in Florida hiring decisions.
Where can I find and apply to copywriter jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to copywriter jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from Florida employers. Search by city or specialty to see roles that match your background, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
