Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team at a condominium, acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and invitees. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while maintaining clear communication and updating resident information. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service at all times.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting all residents, guests, and invitees with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to the Post Orders to ensure residents are protected and safe.
- Responsible for reporting any violations of the Rules and Regulations to the property manager.
- Provide entrance to all authorized individuals and maintain the areas secure.
- Maintain and update resident information in the community software.
- Follow and adhere to emergency procedure protocols in case of an emergency.
- Maintain a daily report and provide it to the Property Manager and Maintenance Personnel.
- Walk around property and report any maintenance issues and/or liabilities, such as tripping hazards, burnt light bulbs, etc.
- Must be aware of the property’s fire alarm systems and immediately report any system failures.
- Log in and notify residents of deliveries (maintain inventory log).
Requiremenents:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a front desk or similar role in a residential or condominium setting.

- 11 AM - 6PM
- Saturday-Sunday
