The opportunity
This role is crucial in driving the execution of our omni-channel strategies, ensuring a seamless and integrated customer experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of omni-channel retail, and a passion for enhancing customer journeys.
The role
Major Responsibilities
- Product Strategy Contribution:
- Contribute to the overall product strategy by identifying and driving omni-channel aspects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure omni-channel initiatives are integrated into the product roadmap.
- Consumer Experience:
- Ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all channels, including online, in-store, and mobile.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Optimize Consumer Experience: through best in class PDP and digital content - plan and improve the design, usability, content and conversion points
- Collaborate with other Growth Teams team to align on key platform launches, align on best practices, leverage scale to amplify key stories
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage omni-channel product projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with IT, marketing, and operations teams to implement omni-channel solutions.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks.
- Growth and Business Acumen:
- Drive the growth of the product category in omni-channel environments.
- Develop a deep understanding of HBI’s business strategies, objectives, consumer targets, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize growth strategies.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, finance, and supply chain to utilize data-driven analytics in support of decision making that drive business outcomes, results, and value.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment and buy-in from all relevant parties.
Education/ Experience
- 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on omni-channel strategies.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing omni-channel products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen and experience in driving product growth through various strategies.
