Arts and Sciences | PsychologyThe Education Program Associate Coordinator supports the Humanities and Cognitive Sciences High School Summer Institute, a one-week academic enrichment program for high school students. Responsible for supervising participants, coordinating daily activities, and supporting program operations to help ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities include mentoring and overseeing students; facilitating small-group discussions and activities; supporting lectures, workshops, and laboratory visits; assisting students with research projects and related activities; communicating participant needs and concerns to program staff; and supporting daily program logistics and participant engagement throughout the program.
Minimum Education Required
High School diploma or GED
Additional Education Desired
Bachelor’s degree
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with youth in educational, camp, mentoring, tutoring, or related settings.
Additional Information:
The pay range for this job profile is $15.86-$20.74. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, the unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
