What You'll Do

• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and case assignments.
• Maintain accurate records and data within case management systems.
• Schedule participant services, community work experiences, and coaching assignments.
• Communicate with participants, families, referral sources, employers, and community partners.
• Conduct participant and employer satisfaction surveys.
• Support site development and coordination efforts for community-based programs.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Provide administrative and operational support to staff and leadership.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of administrative, office coordination, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
