JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Program Manager, Population Health Incentive Programs, manages the operations of our two incentive programs – the Internal Performance Framework (IPF) and our provider incentive program. The IPF is the financial risk-sharing framework between MGB and the integrated and affiliated care delivery entities and ambulatory practices. Each year the IPF is developed with a slate of measures for quality, cost and strategy performance to improve value for our patients. The provider incentive program leverages the IPF metrics to measure performance at the individual provider level and distributes shared savings from our value-based healthcare contracts to high performing integrated providers and practices.
