As a Project Controls Specialist, you will work with Operations to ensure efficient and effective budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination processes. Critical for success are problem-solving and organization. The abilities to work independently and consistently meet deadlines are a must.

What it takes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 1-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- General knowledge of accounting and business operations
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
- Proven ability to use data to drive process improvement
- Ability to travel up to 50% for jobsite visits and meetings
