Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.
Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.
In this role you will work closely with the product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, GTM, Finance, Corporate Development, Supply Chain, etc.) to identify top-of-mind strategic problems and challenges. You will then work with the cross-functional team to help solve these problems leveraging key consultative capabilities including problem solving, outside in/market research, data analytics and insights, etc.
US: $176000 - $257000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Execute on multiple complex workstreams with engaging priorities to create, drive, and deliver innovative and compelling product experiences and reduce overall complexity.
- Define and solve complex problems impacting multiple Product Areas. Foster collaboration to align with leadership's goal and priorities.
- Define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure success of projects. Deliver market intelligence and insights for related technology areas (e.g., AI chips, Data centers, Hardware Supply chain, etc.).
- Build and deliver effective executive communication of the project outcomes to AI2 leadership. Build effective partnership and alignment across multiple cross functional teams to drive desired business outcomes.
- Develop a network of relationships across a variety of stakeholders, including executive leadership. Serves as a thought leader and trusted partner to executive leadership across the organization.
