Join our dynamic team as a Purchasing Manager at KONEC USA. As a Purchasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our procurement processes and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services to support our operations.

Duties:

• Communicate with headquarters.
• Oversee vendor management activities, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Manage logistics and coordinate the timely delivery of purchased items to various departments within the organization.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead contract management efforts by reviewing terms, conditions, and performance metrics to ensure compliance.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and provide timely solutions.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing from vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
• Certification in Procurement Management or Supply Chain is a plus.
• Bi-lingual (English/Korean) A Plus

A. 포지션 목적: 구매조직을 리드하여 안정 조달, 원가 경쟁력, 품질/납기 신뢰성을 동시에 달성하고, 회사의 월별 예산, 사업/운영계획과 정렬된 구매 전략을 수립, 집행한다.

B. 핵심 책임:

a. 전략/거버넌스

· 알루미늄(원자재) 및 조립 부자재 단기,중기,장기 소싱 전략/계약 프레임 수립(지수연동, 헤지/서플라이 듀얼화).

· 공급망 리스크 관리(대체소재/대체벤서, 재해/품질이슈 컨틴전시).

· 표준 프로세스/승인 체계 (3견적/RFQ -> 평가 -> 계약 -> 발주 -> 수취 -> 검수 -> 정산)를 정의/개선

b. 수행/성과관리

· 원자재, 부자재 발주/재고/리드타임 총괄, 핵심 품목 운영계획, 수요/공급 밸런스 계획 수립 및 관리

· 단가/PPV 관리(분기 협상, 원가 인하 로드맵), 연간 절감 프로그램 운영.

· 품질/납기 KPI(OTD, PPM) 및 클레임 RCA/재발방지 체계 운영.

c. 재무/예산/리포팅

· 월별 예산 vs. 구매 실적 관리, 편차 분석/대응안, 경영층 리포트/사업, 운영계획 업데이트.

· 결제조건/현금흐름 최적화, 감사 대응(계약, 증빙, 서류 컴플라이언스). (신규 벤더 서류, 보험, 은행 확인 등 문서 컴플라이언스)

d. 팀 리더십

· Manager/Associate Manager 목표, 우선순위 결정, 코칭/육성, 채용/평가/보상 의견.

· 타부서(생산, 품질, 기술, 재무) 및 고객/벤더와의 Escalation 창구 역할.

C. 핵심 지표 (KPI)

a. 원가: 연간 PPV/절감액 목표 달성

b. 서비스: OTD >= 98%, 긴급/특급 운송 비중 축소

c. 품질: 벤더 PPM/클레임 개선율

d. 재무: 예산 편차 관리, 결제조건/현금 사이클 개선

e. 거버넌스: 감사/서류 미비 0건, SOP 준수율
