Entry Level Quality Assurance Auditor Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level quality assurance auditor job?
Employers hiring at this level look for candidates who understand basic audit principles, documentation standards, and compliance frameworks. A degree in a related field helps, but hands-on internship experience, coursework in auditing or quality management, and familiarity with tools like Excel or audit management software can give you a real edge. Highlighting any process-improvement or data-review projects from school strengthens your application at this stage.
Which companies hire entry level quality assurance auditors?
Companies hiring entry level quality assurance auditors right now include Healthfirst, Simplot Company, and ProCaps Laboratories, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. A mix of large regulated industries and growing mid-size firms tend to hire at this level, particularly those with compliance, manufacturing, or quality control teams actively building out junior talent pipelines.
Are there remote entry level quality assurance auditor jobs?
Yes, though many audit roles still require on-site access to records, facilities, or teams. About 50% of entry level quality assurance auditor openings are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with remote options most common in industries where documentation review and compliance work can be done digitally. Hybrid arrangements are increasingly standard at larger organizations.
Are these new grad quality assurance auditor jobs?
Yes, these listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior quality assurance auditor roles. A new grad-friendly posting typically welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internships or academic project work in place of full-time history, and does not require professional certification as a condition of hire. Look for postings that mention training programs or mention openness to candidates with a relevant degree and limited professional experience.
Which industries hire the most entry level quality assurance auditors?
Entry Level quality assurance auditor roles concentrate in Insurance, Automotive, and Agriculture & Farming, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. These sectors tend to operate under strict regulatory or compliance requirements, which creates consistent demand for auditors at the junior level as organizations build out their quality assurance functions and need structured oversight across processes and documentation.
