About The Role:
Working in partnership with the Economic Sustainability Program Director, this position leads and coordinates quality assurance initiatives by developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and reliability standards across departmental processes. The role promotes a culture of continuous improvement by providing guidance, training, and support to staff on quality assurance best practices and compliance with established quality frameworks. The QA Coordinator is a skilled writer, good communicator, and strategic thinker responsible for developing and managing a department's quality assurance QA guide aimed at establishing best practices. This role collaborates with different housing teams to ensure consistent practices across the Economic and Sustainability department.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and understand department contracts to improve compliance and program effectiveness.
- Work side by side with program director and program managers to assist with the implementation and standardization of monitor service delivery practices, quality assurance compliance, and identify trends in operational data to recommend process improvement.
- Work to understand how the current internal and external software systems work, and synchronization approaches in preparation for software systems automation related to a new external system implementation.
- Collaborate with Development and Operations teams to ensure tools meet internal and end-user needs.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for the department. Collaborate with our Salesforce Programmer to assess and improve department internal practices when using Salesforce through the evaluation of contracts and other outside system metrics, such as HMIS.
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Reviews client, partner, and user feedback.
- Creates system corrective action plans based on client record audits.
- Reviews client contracts for reporting requirements and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Salesforce programmers to create customized Salesforce dashboard client reporting.
- Utilizes Salesforce data to create bi-annual reporting.
- Completes data entry projects and ad hoc reports and demographic reports when needed.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations (including HIPAA compliance), guidelines and policies.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Attend and participate in training, meetings, and other professional development opportunities as required to maintain current knowledge and skills related to housing and homelessness issues.

- Represent EPHC with the utmost professionalism at community events, media engagement and public forums

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field required.

- Minimum 3 - 4 years related professional experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

About The Role:
