Essential Daily Duties:
- Manage workflow in HCHB
- Quality Q/A program support
- Maintain accurate and updated medical record on patients
- Process data in EMR
- Communication with peers with a heavy focus on education
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 -3 years as a Registered Nurse – RN
- Current Compact RN license
- Minimum of 1 year Home Care Home Base Back Office experience required
- Working knowledge of Hope needs and requirements
- Must have current CPR Certification
- Previous Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
- Compassionate RN with great time management skills
