How You Will Make an Impact
- Inspect incoming materials against specifications and release conforming materials for production use.
- Audit assembly lines and finished goods throughout production to verify compliance with work order specifications and customer requirements.
- Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, safety requirements, and applicable quality standards.
- Review, approve, and release production documentation to support accurate and timely customer shipments.
- Record finished goods data for internal analysis and communicate documentation or quality issues to operations, project managers, customers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Support internal quality audits, customer audits, regulatory agency audits, and current Good Manufacturing Practices training when requested.
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and customer requirements to employees and assist with the development of related processes and training.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area, support continuous improvement, work required overtime, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous knowledge of quality systems or assembly experience.
- Ability to inspect materials and finished goods, follow detailed instructions, and identify issues within standardized processes.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, work orders, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to prepare accurate, timely, legible, and complete records and reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, operations partners, project managers, customers, and auditors as required.
- Ability to meet the onsite work schedule and work overtime as required.
- Ability to meet the physical demands and work environment requirements of the role, with reasonable accommodation available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
