Quality Program Manager Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a quality program manager in New Hampshire?
Most quality program managers in New Hampshire enter the role through a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or a science field combined with hands-on quality experience. New Hampshire does not require a state-issued license for this role, but employers in aerospace and medical devices strongly prefer candidates holding ASQ certifications such as the Certified Quality Manager or Certified Quality Engineer. Building experience in regulated manufacturing or healthcare environments in the state is the most direct path.
Which companies hire quality program managers in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire quality program manager roles are posted by BAE Systems USA and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. New Hampshire's defense manufacturing base and growing medical device sector mean many of these openings require familiarity with government contracting quality standards.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most quality program manager jobs?
Nashua, Merrimack, and Hudson have the most quality program manager openings in New Hampshire. Manchester and Nashua dominate because of their dense concentration of aerospace, defense, and life sciences manufacturers, while Concord draws openings from state government contractors and regional healthcare systems headquartered in the capital area.
Are there remote quality program manager jobs in New Hampshire?
Yes, but they are less common than in purely analytical roles because quality program managers often need to be on-site for audits, supplier reviews, and production floor oversight. About 100% of quality program manager openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with remote work more available for program coordination, documentation, and reporting duties than for hands-on quality assurance functions.
How can I get hired as a quality program manager in New Hampshire with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is starting as a quality technician or quality engineer at one of New Hampshire's manufacturing or defense contractors, where employers like BAE Systems and Benchmark Electronics occasionally bring on candidates with associate degrees or recent engineering graduates. Earning an ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate credential before applying gives candidates a measurable edge. Adjacent roles in production supervision, regulatory affairs coordination, or supply chain compliance at New Hampshire medical device companies can also serve as a bridge into a full quality program manager position.
Where can I find and apply to quality program manager jobs in New Hampshire?
You can find and apply to quality program manager jobs in New Hampshire on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Find the roles that fit your background and apply directly to the employers posting them.
