Work Monday through Thursday. CLOSED ON FRIDAY.
Southern New Hampshire industrial finishing shop specializing in liquid finishing and powder coating is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our production operation.
This is a hands-on production role focused primarily on washing, filling/sanding, masking, unmasking, inspecting, and packaging finished parts, along with other general shop duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Part preparation (wash, fill, sand, mask, unmask, etc.).
- Mask and unmask parts before and after the finishing process
- Inspect finished parts for quality and defects
- Package completed parts for shipment
- Assist with general production and shop duties as needed
- Follow work instructions and quality standards with minimal supervision
- Maintain an efficient and organized work pace
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
- Previous manufacturing, production, finishing, or shop experience is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (four 10 hour days)
- Closed Fridays
