Career in Real Estate
Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to build a lasting career through coaching, structure, and proven systems while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to create a business now while developing a long-term referral-based real estate business.
You will learn the fundamentals of real estate through hands-on experience, practical training, and ongoing education. You will also develop sales skills that help you generate business today while learning how to build a predictable referral-based career for the future. Along the way, you will strengthen communication, improve follow-up, build meaningful client relationships, and develop the daily habits that support steady growth and consistency.
Rather than focusing only on the next transaction, you will learn how to build a career that continues to grow over time. You will develop systems for staying connected with past clients, expanding your network, and creating an experience that encourages repeat business and referrals. The goal is to build a more predictable real estate career where monthly opportunities increasingly come from the relationships and trust you have established.
You will be surrounded by experienced real estate professionals who value collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. If you are motivated to learn, enjoy working with people, and want to build a rewarding real estate career with long-term potential, this opportunity could be an excellent fit.

Real Estate Jobs in San Diego: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a real estate job in San Diego?
San Diego's real estate market is driven by its coastal luxury residential sector, commercial development in Mission Valley and Sorrento Valley, and a steady pipeline of multifamily and mixed-use projects Downtown and in North County. Candidates with local market knowledge, experience in high-value residential or commercial transactions, and bilingual skills have a clear edge in neighborhoods with diverse buyer pools like Chula Vista and National City.
Which companies hire real estates in San Diego?
Employers hiring real estates in San Diego right now include Corey Adomitis Team, Zions Bancorporation, and LendSure Mortgage, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. San Diego's hiring base mixes regional brokerages, national franchise offices, commercial property management firms, and REITs with a strong local footprint in the Gaslamp Quarter and Kearny Mesa corridors.
Are there remote real estate jobs in San Diego?
Yes, though opportunities vary, since hands-on roles like showing properties or managing facilities are on-site by nature while transaction coordination, property analysis, and marketing roles often allow flexibility. About 36% of real estate openings tied to San Diego are remote or hybrid as of July 2026. Roles in real estate marketing and lease administration tend to be the most remote-friendly in the San Diego market.
How can I get a real estate job in San Diego with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in San Diego is a transaction coordinator or leasing consultant role with a regional brokerage or property management company. San Diego employers in the multifamily sector, particularly those managing larger apartment communities in Mission Valley and Hillcrest, regularly hire entry-level leasing agents and train on the job. A working knowledge of San Diego's distinct sub-markets and a customer-service background are enough to get started.
Which industries hire the most real estates in San Diego?
Most real estate openings in San Diego sit in Construction & Real Estate and Consulting & Professional Services, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. San Diego's combination of a high-demand coastal residential market, active commercial development along the I-15 corridor, and a growing life sciences campus ecosystem in Torrey Pines and Sorrento Mesa keeps demand across these sectors consistently strong.
