Schedule
- Shoots can be given anytime Morning to Sunset. (shoots can often be rearranged for your convenience)
- Shoots often last between 1 - 2 hours depending on the home size and requested services
The ideal candidate
- A great communicator and listener.
- Detail-obsessed. One missed light switch or a crooked frame can damage our reputation.
- A master of your gear. Know your camera's settings, so nothing on site slows you down.
- Flexible. Shoots are booked throughout the week.
What you'll be shooting
- Interior and exterior HDR photo sets (5 bracketed exposures)
- Aerial photos HDR photo sets (5 bracketed exposures)
- Matterport and Zillow 3D tours
- Floor-plan scans (done on a phone)
Requirements & qualifications
- Real estate photography experience (You've shot listings before and have a portfolio to show)
- A full frame or crop sensor camera with auto exposure bracketing, an ultra-wide rectilinear lens (10mm on crop sensor / 12–14mm full frame)
- Drone and FAA Part 107 certificate for aerial stills
- Working knowledge of Matterport and Zillow 3D tours
- A phone from the year 2022 or newer (used for 3D tours and floor-plan scans)
- Reliable car and willingness to drive up to ~50 miles — most shoots are on the Peninsula and around the South Bay
