Who's Hiring

Real Estate Jobs in Frisco: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a real estate job in Frisco?
Focus your search on the residential brokerage firms, property management companies, and commercial real estate groups concentrated around the Warren Parkway corridor, the Star district, and the new Fields and Frisco Station developments. Buyers' agent and leasing consultant roles move fastest in Frisco's high-volume single-family market, so local market knowledge and familiarity with the northern Dallas suburbs gives candidates a real edge over applicants with generic experience.
Which companies hire real estates in Frisco?
Companies currently hiring real estates in Frisco include Funk Realty, Baker Tilly Canada, and Be One Team, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Frisco's employer mix is broad, ranging from regional residential brokerages serving the booming master-planned communities to national commercial real estate firms with offices near the major corporate campuses along the Dallas North Tollway.
Are there remote real estate jobs in Frisco?
Yes, though remote work is limited for client-facing and property-access roles and more common for transaction coordination, marketing, and analytics positions. About 50% of real estate openings tied to Frisco are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the desk-based share of the market. Transaction coordinators, real estate marketing specialists, and data analysts supporting Frisco-area portfolios are the roles most likely to offer flexible or fully remote arrangements.
How can I get a real estate job in Frisco with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in Frisco is a real estate assistant or transaction coordinator role at one of the high-volume residential teams operating in the master-planned communities like Starwood, Phillips Creek Ranch, or Richwoods. Property management companies handling Frisco's large apartment and HOA portfolios also hire leasing consultants with no prior experience. Strong local neighborhood knowledge and a customer service background are the qualities Frisco employers cite most when hiring for entry-level positions.
