About 74% of recruiter openings tied to Denver are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with the highest flexibility found in tech-sector and national staffing roles based locally.
How can I get a recruiter job in Denver with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in Denver is a coordinator or sourcer role at one of the many staffing and workforce solutions firms concentrated in LoDo and the Denver Tech Center, which hire for aptitude and train on process. Healthcare systems like UCHealth and SCL Health also bring in HR coordinators who move into recruiting.
