Entry Level Regional Account Executive Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level regional account executive job?
Employers hiring at this level look for candidates who can demonstrate communication skills, a willingness to learn a sales process, and some exposure to customer-facing work through internships, campus roles, or part-time jobs. Tailoring your resume to show territory awareness, CRM familiarity, and any quota or goal you met, even in a non-sales context, gives you a real edge over candidates with a generic application.
Which companies hire entry level regional account executives?
Companies hiring entry level regional account executives right now include GeneDx, Cox Automotive, and Walgreens, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Hiring at this level covers a wide range of employers, from regional distributors and staffing firms to national brands building out their field sales teams.
Are there remote entry level regional account executive jobs?
Yes, though most entry level regional account executive roles are field-based by nature. About 100% of entry level regional account executive openings are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, with fully remote positions typically focused on inside sales or phone-based territory coverage rather than in-person client visits.
Are these new grad regional account executive jobs?
Yes, many of these openings are new grad and junior roles that explicitly welcome recent graduates and candidates with little to no professional experience. A new grad-friendly posting typically accepts zero to two years of experience, counts internships or campus leadership toward that requirement, and does not require an existing book of business or proven sales history.
Which industries hire the most entry level regional account executives?
Entry Level regional account executive roles concentrate in Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, and Retail, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Those sectors tend to drive hiring at this level because they rely on territory-based field sales models that require a steady pipeline of junior reps to develop into account owners.
