Multiple communities. One standard, and it's yours to set.
You don't run one property. You run a portfolio, and you set the standard every community answers to. You develop the managers who lead each site, own the numbers across all of them, and help decide which properties join the portfolio next. You think in five-year capital plans and this-week problems at the same time. If that sounds like you, we want to meet you.
At Roundhouse, our mission is simple and serious: putting humanity into housing. Since 2008 we have grown into a developer and manager of diverse real estate across four states, with more than 10,000 multifamily units and over $2B in assets under management. We got here by challenging the status quo, taking the long view, and trusting strong leaders to run our communities well.
As Regional Manager, you oversee operations across a portfolio of communities, develop the teams that run them, own the financial performance, and help shape the portfolio through acquisitions and dispositions.
What you'll own
Your people
- Supervise operations across your portfolio to keep standardized practices and procedures in place.
- Hire, train, evaluate, coach, and when needed discipline your direct reports, conducting timely reviews and ensuring every site is properly staffed.
- Own the employee experience: drive satisfaction, elevate team behaviors, and build a learning culture that keeps community teams connected to Roundhouse.
- Help Community Managers build strong team environments and site goals, and step in to cover Community Manager duties during vacancies when needed.
Your numbers
- Review monthly financial statements and oversee routine reporting to ownership and leadership.
- Review payables, payroll, contracts, evaluations, market surveys, and monthly marketing plans.
- Prepare annual operating budgets, and monitor income and expenses to hit budget goals and grow net operating income.
Your strategy
- Develop an annual business plan for each site, covering marketing goals, staffing levels, rent levels, and performance objectives.
- Oversee capital improvement projects and renovations, and build and execute 5-to-10-year capital plans.
- Stay sharp on local markets, competitors, and trends across your portfolio.
Your portfolio
- Participate in due diligence for new acquisitions, including market assessment, physical inspections, lease audits, staffing and rent recommendations, and capital improvement recommendations.
- Oversee property dispositions through due diligence and closing.
- Support special projects from the Senior Vice President, from updating operations manuals to shaping new incentives, policies, and procedures.
Your standard
- Resolve resident issues that can't be handled at the site level.
- Keep every property's interior and exterior to Roundhouse standards, inspecting curb appeal on every site visit.
- Uphold Fair Housing compliance and maintain strict confidentiality across residents, team members, owners, and vendors.
- You set the standard across every community, and the teams take their cues from you.
What you bring
- One to three years in property management with multi-site responsibility at the Regional Manager level.
- The ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
- A self-starter who works well independently.
- Strong organization, with the ability to juggle and prioritize across multiple sites.
- Strong people skills: tact, discretion, and the ability to motivate and build teamwork.
- Strong supervisory skills, with clear goals, deadlines, and direction.
- A strategic mindset that keeps long-term goals in view.
- Logical problem-solving and effective communication.
- A strong grasp of accounting practices, with prior financial analysis experience.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
A leg up if you have:

Regional Marketing Specialist Jobs in Minneapolis: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a regional marketing specialist job in Minneapolis?
Focus your search on Minneapolis employers in retail, healthcare systems, and consumer packaged goods, where regional marketing roles are most active. The North Loop and downtown Nicollet Mall corridor host many corporate marketing teams worth targeting directly. Candidates who demonstrate territory management experience, familiarity with Midwest consumer markets, and a portfolio showing measurable campaign results consistently stand out over applicants with broader but less locally grounded backgrounds.
Which companies hire regional marketing specialists in Minneapolis?
Companies currently hiring regional marketing specialists in Minneapolis include Ingersoll-Rand, Simplot Company, and Ensemble Health Partners, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Minneapolis draws a mix of large corporate headquarters and regional divisions of national brands, giving candidates access to both established marketing departments and smaller teams where the role carries broader responsibility.
Are there remote regional marketing specialist jobs in Minneapolis?
Yes, though regional marketing specialist roles lean toward in-person work by nature, since territory management and local market activation often require a physical presence. About 71% of regional marketing specialist openings tied to Minneapolis are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with remote arrangements most common for strategy, reporting, and digital campaign coordination rather than field or event-based responsibilities.
How can I get a regional marketing specialist job in Minneapolis with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Minneapolis is through a marketing coordinator or field marketing associate role at one of the city's major retail or healthcare employers, where teams often promote from within. Local agencies in the North Loop frequently hire junior marketers who then move into regional roles. Building experience with territory-specific campaigns, even through internships at Minneapolis-based consumer brands or nonprofits, positions you ahead of candidates with only classroom credentials.
Which industries hire the most regional marketing specialists in Minneapolis?
Most regional marketing specialist openings in Minneapolis sit in Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Retail, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Minneapolis's concentration of major retail headquarters, large integrated health systems, and established consumer packaged goods companies creates steady and recurring demand for specialists who can execute regional campaigns across a defined Midwest territory.
