Entry Level Regional Service Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level regional service manager job?
Employers hiring at the entry level look for candidates who have handled customer service, coordinated teams, or managed small projects, even in internships or part-time roles. Highlighting experience with scheduling, vendor communication, or operations in your resume gives you a real edge. A cover letter that shows you understand multi-location service environments and can work across departments will strengthen any application at this stage.
Which companies hire entry level regional service managers?
Companies hiring entry level regional service managers right now include AMVT, ABEC, and Boston Scientific, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. At this level, hiring tends to come from regional service chains, facilities management firms, and field-operations companies that build their management pipeline by promoting from within.
Are there remote entry level regional service manager jobs?
Yes, though most entry level regional service manager roles are on-site given their operational nature. About 80% of entry level regional service manager openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, typically at companies where coordination and reporting can be handled digitally while field teams work independently.
Are these new grad regional service manager jobs?
Yes, many of these openings are new grad and junior roles that welcome recent graduates and candidates with little or no professional experience. A new grad friendly posting typically specifies zero to two years of experience, accepts internship or co-op work as a qualifier, or calls out that a portfolio of relevant projects is considered in place of a long work history.
Which industries hire the most entry level regional service managers?
Entry Level regional service manager roles concentrate in Medical Devices, Chemicals & Materials, and Investment & Asset Management, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors drive hiring at the entry level because they rely on distributed field operations and need junior managers who can grow into multi-site oversight roles over time.
